Is there a free plan?
New accounts can try HANDL3D for 14 days without a credit card. The current public signup offers a trial followed by a paid monthly subscription, rather than an ongoing free plan.
Will I be charged when my trial ends?
No. Starting your trial does not create an automatic charge. To continue after the trial, activate the R249 monthly subscription from Billing in your workspace.
Do you offer annual billing?
The current subscription is billed monthly. Annual billing is not currently offered.
Is AI included?
AI Overview, AI Refine and the knowledge base are included. Your team reviews and sends customer replies; AI does not send them automatically.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Organisation owners and admins can manage the subscription in Billing. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for cancellation and access terms.
Can I use my existing support email?
Yes. Create an inbox and forward your support mailbox to its HANDL3D forwarding address. Our help docs explain how to connect your support email.
What happens when the trial ends?
